The room rate includes breakfasts, access to all beach areas of the hotel, one pre-reserved umbrella and two sunbeds per room (with beach towels) for each day of your stay, complimentary water at the check in day, free Wi-Fi Internet.

You can use Manta Resort parking space for a fee (10 euro/night). Reservation is requested as limited space is available.

We don’t offer transportation from/to the airport or port.

The best way to travel from Tirana airport to Ksamil is by taxi, especially if you have luggage's. There are also busses that can bring you to Sarande and then from Sarande to Ksamil you can get a taxi or the public transportation (bus).

When booking for more than one room, please search and send the reservation request for each room separately as the system doesn't allow bulk room reservations.

Children/infants are not permitted to share a bed with other guests. We are pleased to offer cribs (for child up to two years old) for specific room types upon request. Reservation is required.

Please note that cribs cannot be accommodated in all room categories.

The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel after reservation is confirmed.

The full amount is not refundable if the room is cancelled one month or less before the day of arrival.

Once a booking is confirmed, the length of stay cannot be shortened.

Early check outs, late check-ins and reservation changes are not refundable.
